Shipping
All orders are shipped via Fedex, UPS, USPS, or DHL. We do not ship outside the United States.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
We won't be able to redirect orders once shipments are in route. If shipping addresses need to be changed, please contact us as soon as possible.
We do not refund for lost or stolen packages, and for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
Delivery
After completing your order, we will begin crafting your piece. Since each item is made-to-order, please allow 4-8 weeks for the creation of your unique piece.
Returns
As each piece is made-to-order, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied, we can arrange to exchange the item within 5 days of delivery.
All sales are final because every piece is made to order. However, we are happy to work on any issues and will try our best to accommodate. Please let us know about any issues within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are available on a case by case basis.
We are not responsible for return/exchange shipping cost. Return/exchange shipping must be pre-paid via an insured delivery provider (UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express). We do not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio.
In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged, incorrect, or defective, we require that you contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.
